White-label and private-label programs may maintain separate verification databases under their own brand configuration. The brand subdomain routes your check to the correct record source for that program.

A “not found” result can occur if the serial is entered incorrectly, the wrong brand is selected, or the unit is not registered under the queried program. If you scanned a QR code, follow that link and re-check the serial shown on the page.
